ditional Vietnamese-Lao
cuisine and the influen-
tial “cuisine française”
introduced
by
French
colonialism into Indo-
china.
The Bureaurama paint-
ed aluminium stool pro-
vides a splash of colour
in the natural ambience
of this Asian restaurant.
Marble and wood were
chosen as the main raw
materials for Kith.
At
the
heart
of
the
café stands the island
bar, a fixture of mixed
sized cut marble, cop-
per and brass plates,
surrounded by wrought
iron shelves of fresh
produce and their daily
inventory. Here our Jer-
