4. MPS028N & MPS028B - LIGHTING DIMMER FOR RESISTIVE & INDUCTIVE LOADS
• Nominal Voltage: 230V 50Hz ±10%
• Types of load: resistive and inductive (incandescent lights, halogens, ferromagnetic transformers for low voltage halogens)(*):
- incandescent lights and halogens: 60÷500W
- ferromagnetic transformers for low voltage halogens: 60÷500W
(*) Do not use the dimmer to set up:
- fluocompact lamp
- electric drill
- fan
- ...
• On/Off and dimming by integrated push-button or non-lightened NO push-buttons in parallel
• Technology (TRIAC) for silent use. Sputtering cannot be avoided due to LC filter for interference blocking
• Front light signal for easier user in darkness
Signal intensity decreases when lighting intensity is commanded to be increased. LED on = voltage
• Soft start and soft end
• Shortcut program to maximum light intensity
• Flash memory: Light intensity is memorized after turned off (unless black out)

4.1. OPERATING
The rocker is pressed briefly to switch on the light, and pressed briefly again to switch it off. The rocker is kept pressed
with the light on to adjust the luminosity on a loop: the amount of light increases to the maximum level and then decreases
to the minimum one.
To reverse the adjustment direction, stop and press it again. With the lamp off, press the push-button for around 0.3÷1 sec
to switch on the lamp at its maximum level of luminosity (soft start).
