Lightness and elegance are the earmarks
of the new lamp designed by Mandalaki studio.
Hono is composed of a slender metal structure that
consists of a cylindrical base (Ø 8 cm and h 20 cm)
and a thin stem that houses an LED in light source,
able to spread the glow at 360°. The more technical
and rigorous body of the lamp is combined with an
ethereal diffuser (64 cm high) made of 100% cotton
paper that further emphasizes the sleek figure of Hono
and generates a relaxing, immersive atmosphere thanks
to its delicate power of emission. The ceiling and table
versions match with the floor version in aesthetics and
technology, proving the versatility of this new family of
lamps, born as a modern reinterpretation of the concept
of the Japanese lantern.

Leggerezza ed eleganza sono il tratto distintivo
della nuova lampada firmata dallo studio Mandalaki.
Hono si compone di una struttura metallica longilinea
che consiste in una base cilindrica (Ø 8 cm e h 20 cm)
e un sottile stelo che ospita una sorgente LED in, in grado
di distribuire la luce a 360°. Al corpo lampada più tecnico
e rigoroso viene associato un diffusore etereo (alto 64 cm)
in 100% cotone carta che enfatizza ulteriormente la figura
slanciata di Hono e dona agli ambienti un’atmosfera
rilassante grazie al suo delicato potere diffondente.
Le versioni soffitto e tavolo richiamano nell’estetica e nella
tecnologia la versione terra, dando prova della versatilità
di questa nuova famiglia di lampade, nate della volontà di
reinterpretare in chiave moderna il concetto di lanterna
giapponese.
