Looks a bit like a nest. Deep and soft, resting on the open hand of a branch. The metal frame provides a sturdy, shiny, support structure. The object is a play on opposites. The concepts of weight and strength are turned upside down. Reduced to a minimum thickness, the sturdy skeleton lightly and effortlessly supports the top, which is maternal, voluminous, welcoming and visually more striking. The object also has the familiar look of a nest, the look of something long and affectionately used, straight from family traditions. Stainless steel base with matt satin-finish. Cushions in polyurethane, covered with a mat of goose down. Available in various sizes. Fully removable fabric or leather covers.
