Numerically controlled silicone coating:
The numerically controlled sealing system implemented on outdoor
luminaires such as Archiline, Xenia, Parker, Orma, Skin, etc., ensures
a perfect hermetic seal. This technology precisely applies the optimal
amount of adhesive to ensure perfect bonding of the glass, eliminating
possible air or water infiltration. The automated approach not only
improves aesthetics, but also optimises production efficiency.
Ultrasonic sealing:
The Paseo linear system guarantees reliable protection for the circuit
and the power supply unit through the ultrasonic closure of the caps.
This innovative technology creates an effective barrier against the
elements, eliminating the need for glues or other chemical products.
Thanks to this advanced solution, production times are significantly
reduced, enabling a more efficient and sustainable process.

THAT SHINE
EVEN IN THE
MOST CHALLENGING
CIRCUMSTANCES.
The hermetic sealing of lighting fixtures represents
a crucial element to ensure durability and efficiency
over time. The choice of the watertight solutions
must be carefully calibrated based on the intended
use of the devices. In outdoor environments,
exposed to bad weather and adverse environmental
conditions, the presence of an airtight system is
essential to protect the luminaire from atmospheric
agents, humidity and dust. Adequate sealing not only
preserves the luminous performance, but also the
structure of the luminaire itself, reducing the risk of
damage due to corrosion or infiltration. Furthermore,
in industrial or marine contexts, where exposure to
corrosive substances is high, the watertight seal
becomes crucial for preserving the integrity of the
appliance over time.
Sealing with thermo-hardening material:
Area dedicated to processing the flexible linear families such as
Ribbon, Pu-C and Rubber: circuit welding, polyurethane resin coating,
testing and control. All products pass a control test at each production
stage and are subjected to a final test as well as to random tests
which re-verify IP and IK requirements.
