This price list is not V.A.T. included. The price of lamps includes the packing and does not include the bulbs if not differently specified.
MINIMUM ORDER € 250. Before forwarding the goods are accurately packed. The Company declines all responsabilities in case of damages
due to transport. Eventual replacements for breakages or for missing goods shall be effected only after notification on the delivery document or
written communication to the Company not later than 8 days after the delivery of goods. This price list completes and substitutes all the previous
ones. While maintaining the basic features of the product, the Company reserves the right to make modifications at any time with the sole aim of
improvement.

La Maison décline toute responsabilité pour dommages dus au transport. Remplacements eventuels pour rupture ou pour marchandise
manquante seront effectués seulement après notification soit sur le borderau de livraison soit à la Maison par fax ou par lettre recommandée
dans max. 8 jours de la date de livraison. Cette liste de vente complète et remplace toutes les listes précedentes. Tout en respect les
caractéristiques de base du produit, la Maison se reserve le droit d’apporter modifications en tous les moments rien que pour amélioration.

fehlender Stuecke werden nur entweder nach Meldung auf dem Lieferschein oder nach Mitteilung an die Firma per Fax oder per
Einschreiben innerhalb max. 8 Tage nach der Lieferung ausgefuehrt. Diese Preisliste komplettiert und ersetzt die vorangehend Preislisten.
Unter Beibehaltung der Grundeigenschaft der Produkte, behaelt die Firma sich jederzeit das Recht vor, technische Abaenderungen am Produkt
vorzunehmen.

MINIMO PEDIDO € 250. La mercancía está atenta y cuidadosamente ambalada antes de la expedición por la Compañia, por ello declinamos
cualquier responsabilidad por danos causados por el trasporte. Cualquier sustitución por roturas o falta de mercancía séran sustituidas
solamente con una notificación previa al trasportista y a la Compañia, al maximo 8 dias después de la entrega. El presente lista de precios
completa y sustituye a todos los anteriores. La Compañia se reserva la posibilidad de hacer modificationes en cualquier momento con el unico
objetivo de mejorar.

CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI VENDITA ITALIA
1) La merce, accuratamente imballata, viaggia assicurata e sarà cura del destinatario controllare la stessa alla consegna, segnalando
immediatamente gli eventuali danni al trasportatore e dandone comunicazione scritta all’azienda entro gli 8 giorni successivi alla data di
consegna.
2) Eventuali difetti riscontrati sugli articoli, non imputabili a danneggiamenti subiti durante il trasporto, dovranno essere segnalati alla azienda
per iscritto entro 30 giorni.
3) L’Imballo è compreso nel prezzo.
4) Le lampadine non sono comprese nel prezzo se non diversamente specificato.
5) Il minimo d’ordine è di € 250,00 netti.
6) Trasporti:
- Tutte le spedizioni con importo netto superiore a € 600,00 (IVA esclusa) verranno effettuate in porto franco;
- Per le spedizioni che non raggiungono il porto franco il trasporto verrà addebitato in fattura in base alle tariffe del corriere in uso;
- Alle spedizioni effettuate in contrassegno verrà addebitato il contributo di € 11,00.
- L’Azienda non è comunque tenuta ad avvisare il cliente del mancato raggiungimento del porto franco, dell’ammontare delle spese di trasporto
e dell’effettuazione della spedizione in contrassegno.
7) Per pagamenti effettuati mediante ricevuta bancaria l’importo minimo per singolo effetto non dovrà essere inferiore a € 100,00.
8) L’azienda si riserva la facoltà di apportare ai modelli della propria collezione, in qualunque momento e senza previa comunicazione, ogni
modifica ritenesse necessaria per il miglioramento costruttivo, estetico e commerciale degli stessi.
9) La tolleranza per piccole imperfezioni sul vetro e variazioni di tonalità sui colori é quella d’uso per oggetti prodotti a mano.
10) L’Azienda non accetta resi se non concordati e autorizzati per iscritto.
11) Il presente listino completa e sostituisce i precedenti.
12) Per ogni controversia, l’unico insindacabile foro è quello di Treviso.
13) I prezzi indicati nel presente listino sono comprensivi di EcoContributo RAEE (Consorzio ECOLIGHT).
14) Le misure sono espresse in centimetri.
15) I prezzi sono IVA esclusa
