“LIFETIME sells all around the world, and you can see that across the
countries people have their different habits, needs, and taste, even if it
comes to children’s rooms. Designing based on special requests from certain
countries is a very interesting part of the job and makes it very diverse”.
When Jaco has made his designs ready, they will be discussed with the team
of experienced furniture makers, who makes the first prototypes, so design,
construction, safety & durability come together. After the last details are
finished and discussed, and the products have been tested by the children,
the new products will be produced in LIFETIME’s own advanced factory.
To create playful accessory collections, the most exciting and colorful rooms,
Jaco calls in the experience of several external designers and productions.
This gives LIFETIME the possibility to show a wide variety of themed rooms.
From dreamy to expressive and from knight to princess.
“In my leisure time, I like to go out with my family, going to the beach or
being active, like running, skating or cycling. This way I can clear my mind
and continue designing new and cool furniture”.
