How would you define the style of the home of today?
As mentioned earlier we believe it is not correct to speak
about trends, but rather of “lifestyle”. We live in a continuous
“melting pot”, every day our lives are influenced by different
cultures and habits, news spread quickly, unimaginable a few
years ago. Technology allows us to be in touch with family
and friends in every corner of the planet, and this allows us
to acquire manners of doing things, feelings and emotions
in continuous transformation. So we think this is reflected in
how we choose a dress or a piece of furniture. We seek, throu-
gh our projects, to render warm every corner of the house,
as close as possible to our being and our way of seeing and
interacting with things.
Which one is your ideal home?
We do not have an idea for a perfect home, we interpret the
needs of the customer and we try to stitch on him a dress in
tune with his personal style and the needs that each person
or family seek in a project. We prefer to speak of atelier, to
read between words, to understand what each individual loo-
ks for in our furniture, whether he is a professional, an artist,
a technician rather than a mother or a father, we want to find
the best solution. The customers must feel their homes as a
tailored suit, perfectly sewn in line with their own character.
Before, in describing the style of a house, we were talking
about “melting pot”, what do you mean by it?
As you can see in this book , we have collaborated with artists,
technicians and even musicians. We want to convey the messa-
ge that every moment of life is influenced by many elements:
art, music, photo, travelling . Meeting with different cultures
can ignite enthusiasm, making you live a new feeling, letting
us find a new manner of seeing things. All this must be en-
closed in our house , we should feel really at home, the tones
of color must be a fundamental value, a detail can make you
relax, a demand must be transformed into something usable
and simple. The house must be the place where to find refuge
and savor every moment of our lives.
