Between sculpture and design, Belmer is a wonder-object suggesting a newly discovered
sociality. With its big dimension, it goes against the trend of miniaturization, appearing as an
alien organism, coming from a galaxy where everything is yet to be discovered.
Materials: sofa with base in CNC machine shaped solid wood with glossy patinated gold
finishing. Seat and back with structure in multilayered wood and high-density polyurethane
foam at different densities upholstered in velvet of two contrasting hues.
