Evening
Residential and other indoor environments should have a
maximum of 10 lux m-EDI vertically at the eye 3 hours before
bedtime. Light is warm in the spectrum, like a candle with no
blue spectrum.
Night
In a sleep environment, a maximum of 1 lux m-EDI at the
eye as we sleep. Ideally, no light, but if the light is required, it
should have no blue spectrum to a maximum 10 lux m-EDI.
