Thermal Dissipation
We test the worst-case condition.
Thanks to thermographic and
fl uid-dynamic simulations, we are
able to defi ne the best geometry for
our products in order to maintain a
constant LED operating temperature.
MacAdam
We choose the world's best suppliers
to ensure consistent and repetitive
selection of LEDs to ensure colour
uniformity not only over time but
also between different products
in the same lighting project, up to
MacAdam Step 2.
CRI
Chromatic yield defi nes the ability to
saturate the colours.
We select the best LEDs with
incomparable colour yields even for
critical colours such as red, achieving
CRI values of more than 97.
Duration of LEDs
The lifespan of LEDs is a given
statistic.
Parameters “L” and “B” describe the
percentage value of the fi nal luminous
fl ux (L) and the confi dence level
expressed (B). Our new generation
products always envisage B10
or B20, thereby stating extremely
reliable LED lifespan values.
B10 indicates a 90% reliability level at
the point the declared lifetime is reached
with the luminous fl ux indicated.
