Il processo di verniciatura di Goccia Illuminazione, comprensivo di un accurato trattamento delle superfici,
garantisce una protezione superiore per resistere agli agenti atmosferici, a quelli corrosivi ed ai raggi UV. La
verniciatura in linea su appositi telai prevede nella fase iniziale cicli di sgrassaggio alcalino e di risciacquo,
con specifici trattamenti anticorrosivi, nella successiva fase una doppia verniciatura costituita da un fondo
a base epossidica e un’applicazione di polvere poliestere; nella fase conclusiva un dettagliato controllo
qualitativo di colore, brillantezza e matericità. Investire nella qualità della finitura di rivestimento permette una
grande resa cromatica ed estetica dell’oggetto di design, assicurandone una protezione duratura nel tempo.
Goccia Illuminazione’s painting process, including careful surface treatment, guarantees superior protection
against atmospheric agents, corrosive agents and UV rays. In-line painting on special frames envisages
alkaline degreasing and rinsing cycles in the initial phase, with specific anti-corrosive treatments; in the
subsequent phase a double painting consisting of an epoxy-based primer and an application of polyester
powder; in the final phase a detailed quality control of colour, gloss and materiality. Investing in the quality
of the coating finish allows a great chromatic and aesthetic result of the design object, ensuring long-lasting
protection over time.
