In larger door communication systems, the
participants are connected via the network-
based SIP communication. In combination
with the Gira F1 module, this guarantees
secure segmentation of the building network
and the private network used in the individual
residential units. If the doorbell rings, only
the corresponding video door call of the
door station is activated in the private
network and forwarded to the home
station, e.g. the Gira G1. All other IP
connections and access remain disabled.
