Sensors for sun, wind and rain
The sun sensor offers a sun protection and twilight function
that can be combined with the electronic blind controller 2. The
sun sensor is simply attached to a window pane and offers a
convenient sun protection function. The wind sensor enables
raising the blinds depending on the wind speed in order to
protect delicate slats from damage. The rain sensor serves to
record and evaluate precipitation. The end of precipitation can be
logged almost immediately with the help of installed heating.
VDE-compliant and easy installation
The cables of the sun sensors and glass-breakage sensors can
always be connected in accordance with VDE, regardless of
whether they are installed flush-mounted or surface-mounted.
More safety and comfort in the home
Gira alarm devices and sensors increase safety and convenience in the home. The
sensors measure humidity, wind speed, brightness, temperature, motion or time and
apply important protective functions fully automatically. An advantage is that the alarm
devices and sensors can be combined with the Gira blind controller and Gira alarm
systems and can also be integrated into the KNX system and the Gira eNet system.
Integration with other Gira systems
Alarm devices and sensors can easily be integrated into the
KNX system and the Gira eNet system. KNX sensors, e.g. weather
stations, temperature sensors, presence detectors or window
contacts, enable automatic and on-demand control of various
functions. Alarm devices and sensors in the Gira eNet system can
be used to easily integrate safety functions like panic switches.
