Gira Electrical Installation Systems
eNet
eNet works bi-directional
Signals are transferred wirelessly bi-directional between the
individual components of the Gira eNet system. Actuators not
only receive commands, but also signal successful transmission
and their status back to the sender. When central controls are
designed, this feedback reassures the end user that the signal
has been received by all the devices.
Controlling lighting and blinds
Controlling and dimming the lighting, raising and lowering blinds
and shutters, or conveniently retracting and extending awnings:
With Gira eNet components, everything can be controlled
wirelessly. It is possible to control lights and blinds automatically
depending on sunlight and the temperature in the room.
eNet is easy to operate remotely
In the eNet system, signals are wirelessly transferred between the
devices using a remote control – whether in the home or outdoors.
While away, the eNet system can be controlled with mobile
operating devices via IP technology. As an alternative to normal
remote control by means of wireless hand-held transmitters, the
mobile gate allows mobile control using an iPhone or Android
device.
The new bi-directional wireless system
Gira eNet is the bi-directional wireless system for intelligent networking and control of
buildings. Scenes can include lights and blinds and be recalled by keypads, or control
screens like the Gira Control 9. Installation and start-up of the system is intuitive and
made easy with simple push button pairing on the devices themselves. More complex,
and repeat solutions can be created with the web-based software application.
Operating devices from switches up to the Gira Control Client
The eNet system can be controlled using various wall transmitters
and remote controls. When the eNet server is installed, computers
and smart phones can be used to control the system. Remote
operation and changes can be undertaken from of site. For example,
the eNet server allows the eNet system to be maintained, operated,
and programmed.
