In all studio glass, slight variations in shape, size, markings and bubbles are inherent in the process, and are the characteristics that distinguish handmade studio art glass from mass produced glass work.

Asked about the interpretation for “Lior,” designer Alex Woogmaster responded: “Lior in Hebrew can mean my light, and light to
me, both of which seemed appropriate for my fi rst design collaboration with Fine Art. The fi xtures are infl uenced by the ephemeral
appearance of illuminated rock crystal, which has here been interpreted into handmade glassworks with the collaboration of the Fine Art
studio glass master craftsmen. Lior is meant to evoke a primal sense of craftsmanship: formed of glass spires that mimic natural crystal
formations as much as they do rays of sunlight, and clean metal lines in unadorned but precious fi nishes—all inspired by the raw sense of
wonder Adam might have had upon fi rst seeing light on Earth.” Available in standard silver leaf, standard gold leaf, or standard bronze.
