CONCEPT
The concept of this project is very special. The idea behind it was to create
a relax lounge next to the SPA area of this house. The relax area was chosen
to be a billiard room where the family and their guests could enjoy their
leisure time. Nothing is better than a good game of billiard in order to relax,
get a drink and socialize.
The style employed is Neo Art-Deco, which means a new way of interpreting
Art-Deco. Art-Deco is a style of visual arts, architecture and design
appeared in the 1920s. The idea was to mix together different styles,
sometimes contradictory, with the purpose of resulting modern.
Indeed, the architect made a clever mix of different materials and finishes
all united by the fact that they are natural. Precious materials like onyx,
slate, wood, marble and more were all mixed together under the careful
supervision of the architect.

REQUIREMENTS
The need of the customer was to adapt an
uninhabited space on the first floor.
The idea of creating a recreational area
for the family was spontaneous. The area
would have to include a SPA for the treat
of the body, and a billiard room for the treat
of the mind. In doing so, it was necessary to
achieve a very elegant setting where they
could enjoy their leisure time and invite
their guests.
Leisure activities also include the pleasure
for food and drinks and for this purpose
also a kitchen area was added to the room.
