degree of support based on their respective weight and height with the option
HIM & HER DUAL COMFORT that joins together the two different firmness single
mattresses by means of a zip.
I materassi della collezione Ermitage e Metropolitan sono dispositivi medici secondo
la direttiva 93/42/CEE: in quanto tali sono considerati “ strumenti impiegati dall’uomo
a scopo di prevenzione ….o attenuazione di una malattia” (DL 24.02.1997). Questi
prodotti sono contrassegnati da un’apposita etichetta che identifica il nome del
prodotto, il produttore, il numero di registrazione al Ministero della Salute e la
marcatura CE oltre che il numero seriale. In base all’art 15 comma 1 lettera C del
TUIR, i prodotti a dispositivo medico hanno la possibilità di essere detratti come
spese mediche nella misura del 19% del valore per gli aventi diritto. Per usufruire
della detrazione occorre la prescrizione medica che attesti la patologia per la quale
si rende necessario l’acquisto del Dispositivo Medico. La documentazione di vendita
dovrà indicare il nome del prodotto, il numero di autorizzazione del ministero e il
numero seriale. Questo documento, unitamente alla prescrizione medica, dovrà essere
conservato con la dichiarazione dei redditi per almeno 5 anni dall’utente finale.
Mattresses from the Ermitage and Metropolitan collections are medical devices in
compliance with the 93/42/CEE directive: they are thus considered ‘instruments…
used by man with the aim of the prevention…. or the attenuation of an illness’
(Legislative Decree 24.02.1997). These products are marked with a special label
identifying the name of the product, the producer, the authorisation number of
the Minister for Health and the CE branding as well as the serial number. Based on
TUIR article 15 comma 1 letter C (Italian consolidated law on income tax), for those
having the right, 19% of the value of medical devices can be deducted as medical
expenses. To benefit from this deduction, a doctor’s prescription is needed
certifying the pathology for which the purchase of a Medical Devise is necessary.
The sales document must indicate the name of the product, the Health Ministry
authorisation number and the serial number. The final customer must conserve this
document and the medical prescription together with the income tax return for at
least 5 years.
