Please see the relevant energy rating label for the corresponding lamp holder type. Please note that, with the very large number of lamp options available
in the market, it is impossible for our luminaires to accurately reflect all choices. But all lamps able to be bought in the market should have their own
dedicated energy rating performance clearly stated on their packaging.

COMPLIANCE/APPROVALS
All products within this catalogue conform with the European Union Low Voltage Directive, BS EN 60598-1:2015, the product standard for luminaires
recognised across Europe and all fittings are CE marked. Every luminaire is individually tested by Elstead Lighting to ensure that the product is electrically
sound and meets the company’s quality standards. A unique test/batch number is then applied to the fitting. Please contact us for further details or advise
us of your local needs if you are outside of these recognised standards.
We are certified to ISO9001:2015 quality management within our UK and Poland operations. Our UK factory is approved for the manufacture of (General
Coverage) Fixed and Portable Luminaires, Dry Locations only, for the North American market bearing the “cULus” mark for US and Canada. Elstead
Lighting are also manufacturing members of the UK Lighting Industry Association.
IP RATINGS
Some of the products featured in this catalogue state an IP rating such as IP44. The term IP stands for Ingress Protection and relates to the product’s
ability to protect electrical parts from ingress of moisture and water. In particular, this is relevant for products being used in Bathroom locations and for
outdoor living spaces. For installation and compliance purposes, bathroom spaces have been divided up into zones 0 to 3 and this diagram shows how
lighting in a Bathroom should be planned based on these zones.
