lui un esercizio di meraviglia che va coltivato. Ogni stanza
non è solo composta da muri e oggetti, ma è definita anche
da materie più sottili: la luce che cambia e la reazione dei
colori, i rumori delle superfici e la sensazione tattile di ogni
materiale. Gli odori, legati agli spazi vissuti, agli animali, alle
persone, contribuiscono a costruire l’atmosfera unica di ogni
ambiente.
Laura Arrighi: Abbiamo fatto l’esercizio suggerito da Luca
Molinari. Nella tua casa, Edra ha interpretato, attraverso i suoi
modelli, il rapporto tra materie sottili, arredi e spazi, artificio
e natura, con relazioni inaspettate. L’effetto di riverbero dello
specchio d’acqua d’ingresso
si è solidificato nel giardino
grazie alla collezione A’mare.
I Getsuen e le Rose Chair
sono fioriti nelle stanze. Le
poltroncine Ella, che ricordano
la forma di un fiore, e i tavoli
di specchio Brasilia hanno
illuminato con i loro giochi
di luce e colore le stanze,
regalandoci incredibili riflessi.
Poi
l’esterno,
il
grande
giardino, il portico, ma anche
gli angoli “residuali” adiacenti
alla
casa
sono
diventati
salottini open air, con i divani
che hanno trasformato le
texture della natura in oggetti
tridimensionali.
Valentina Moretti: Amo far
fotografare la casa. In queste
occasioni, gli interspazi –
l’ingresso
con
la
vasca,
l’area gioco con bellissima
vetrata
d’angolo
sulle
vigne, il corridoio, il portico
– assumono una funzione
inattesa:
salottino,
studio,
pensatoio. Vengono letti in
modo personale e io stessa
ho la possibilità di scoprire
nuove possibilità: di uso, ma
anche di visuale, scorcio,
illuminazione, colore.
Laura Arrighi: L’abitazione è anche un prototipo e “manifesto”
del metodo costruttivo Moretti-MORE, l’azienda che hai
fondato nel 2010 con Francesco Matricardi: un modello
che integra impresa edile e studio di progettazione. Un
laboratorio di ricerca sull’abitare contemporaneo che unisce
prefabbricazione avanzata, controllo dei tempi e dei costi,
attenzione ambientale e grande sensibilità spaziale.
Valentina Moretti: La casa è realizzata in ferro, legno,
cemento prefabbricato e vetro. Si sviluppa su tre livelli
all’interno di un lotto di mille metriquadrati: un piano interrato,

material. Smells, connected with lived in spaces, with animals,
with people, contribute to creating the unique atmosphere of
each space.
Laura Arrighi: We have carried out the exercise Luca
Molinari suggests. Through the models in its collection Edra
has interpreted the relation in your home between subtle
materials, furniture and space, artifice and nature, with
unexpected relations. The effect of the reverberation in the
entrance pool is solidified
in the garden thanks to the
A’mare collection. Getsuen
and Rose Chair have flowered
in the rooms. Ella armchairs,
recalling the shape of a flower,
and mirrored Brasilia tables
have lit up the rooms with a
play of light and colour, giving
an incredible play of light.
Outside, the large garden,
veranda
and
“residual”
corners near to the house have
become open-air lounges,
with sofas that transform the
textures of nature into three-
dimensional objects.

I
love
having
the
house
photographed. On these are
occasions the inter-spaces
– the entrance with the
pool, the play area with its
beautiful corner window over
the vineyards, the corridor
and the veranda – all take
on unexpected functions: of
small living room, study or
think tank. They are being
interpreted in a personal
way and I get a chance to
discover
new
possibilities
myself; for using them, and
viewing them, catching glimpses, the lighting, the colours.
Laura Arrighi: The house is a “manifesto” and prototype of
the Moretti-MORE construction method, the company you
founded with Francesco Matricardi in 2010. It is a model
that brings together construction company and design
studio: a research laboratory on contemporary inhabiting that
combines advanced prefabrication, cost and time control,
environmental awareness and a high level of spatial sensitivity.
Valentina Moretti: The house is made of iron, wood,
prefabricated concrete and glass. It spreads over three
levels on a lot of land of a thousand square metres. There’s
