sulla quale costruire un’esperienza sempre più
personalizzata.
Il cliente apprezza sempre più la possibilità di confrontarsi con
qualcuno che è radicato nel luogo. Il fatto che la mia famiglia sia
qui da più di trecento anni, e abbia una conoscenza profonda di
questo territorio e delle persone che vi abitano, per i clienti è
fondamentale, anche solo per essere consigliati. Non a tutti piace
questo tipo di turismo, ma abbiamo capito che c’è una parte di
clientela che lo ricerca fortemente e noi siamo magistrali nel
saperglielo offrire.
Quale storia ed esperienza racconta Dolomiti Lodge Alverà?
Abbiamo mantenuto alcuni spunti che ci aveva dato l’architetto
Matteo Thun, il quale aveva formulato il progetto iniziale,
soprattutto nei dettagli delle camere, che dispongono di grandi
vetrate per ammirare appieno le famose montagne Tofane, e
dei bagni comodi e accoglienti. Per il design di interni abbiamo
lavorato con artigiani locali, anche importanti, che hanno dato
una connotazione più tradizionale.

Maybe a boutique hotel is a first-class platform to build an
increasingly tailor-made experience on.
People are increasingly appreciative of the chance to interact
with someone who is deeply rooted in a place. The fact my
family has been here for over three hundred years and is very
knowledgeable about this area and the people who live here, is
essential for the guests, even just to get their recommendations.
This kind of tourism is not for everyone, but we have found that
there is a share of custom ers who are resolutely looking for it,
and we know how to please them.
What story and experiences does the Dolomiti Lodge Alverà
convey?
We are still following some of the cues that we were given by
Matteo Thun, the architect who had worked out the first project,
especially in the details of the rooms, which have large windows
to enjoy a perfect view of famous Tofane mountains, and more
confortable and welcoming bathrooms. As to the interior design,
we worked with local craftsmen, even well known ones, who gave
us a more traditional vibe.
