La cabina doccia duka è coperta da garanzia convenzionale, come viene ben spiegato nel
tagliando di garanzia, presente nell’imballo. Sul retro del tagliando si trova un numero di
identificazione (ID) che conferma l’autenticità del prodotto duka e permette all’azienda di
rintracciare sempre la cabina in tutto il suo percorso, dall’ordine fino alla consegna. La ga-
ranzia copre un periodo di 5 anni per il prodotto e di 10 anni di riacquisto dei componenti.

La cabina doccia duka contribuisce a valorizzare l’ambiente bagno, come un gioiello
o un’opera d’arte e deve assicurare momenti di gioia e d benessere per molto tempo.
Pertanto in caso di domande sul prodotto acquistato, utilizzare il codice QR che si trova
su ogni cabine duka, nella parte esterna, in basso. Si tratta di un codice di 8 cifre, che
permette di identificare in modo univoco il prodotto. Il codice può essere letto facilmente e

duka Warranty
With your duka shower enclosure you will receive a comprehensive warranty on the prod-
uct. This is explained on in the warranty document, which we enclose in the package of
the product. The backside of this certificate shows an identification number (“ID”). This ID
is the identity of your “duka” and allows us to track the production of the shower enclosure
at the factory at any time - from order to delivery. The guarantee includes a 5 year war-

Every duka shower enclosure is a jewel for your bathroom and it should give you lasting
satisfaction. If you ever have a question about your duka shower enclosure, you can find
a QR code on the outside at the bottom of your duka shower enclosure. This Code in-
cludes as well an 8-digit number, with which we can identify your product immediatly. The
QR-code can be read with your smartphone or you can also forward the 8-digit-number
directly to your retailer where you bought your duka shower enclosure. Read more about it
