Il decoro Terrabruciata possiede la
caratteristica tonalità calda e rossiccia
della terra riarsa. La sua estetica si
richiama all’antica tradizione, nota fin
dai tempi del paleolitico, di sottoporre
ad un processo di cottura i pigmenti
per ottenere, in base al grado della
cottura, varianti cromatiche differenti.
The design has the characteristic
warm and reddish shade of dried earth.
Its appearance recalls the ancient
tradition, known since Palaeolithic
times, of firing pigments in order to
obtain, depending on the degree of
firing, different chromatic variations.
