The Ritz-Carlton Hotel de la Paix is a jewel-like
hotel nestled between the banks of Lake Geneva
and the iconic profile of Mont Blanc, a short walk
from the city’s historic centre. In its 150 years of
history it has always been the go-to place for the
international jet-set. The classic layout of the building,
inspired by that of the Italian palaces, was recently
enhanced with sophisticated touches of modern and
contemporary design. Specifically, the restyling invol-
ved the 74 bedrooms, the most exclusive of which is
the Grace Kelly Suite, named after one of the hotel’s
most beloved guests. Memories of Princess Grace
of Monaco’s stays in the hotel are still evoked today
by large photos of iconic moments in her life and
by the atmosphere of refined elegance that evokes
her inimitable style.
