XY180

designed by OMA. The collection was
born from a fascination with point, line and
surface; key characters in the discourse of
architecture.
OMA is an international practice founded
by Rem Koolhaas, operating within the
traditional boundaries of architecture and
urbanism. AMO, a research and design
studio, applies architectural thinking to
domains beyond.
is led by nine partners and maintains
offices in Rotterdam, New York, Beijing,
Hong Kong, Doha, Dubai and Perth.
The company is known for landmark
projects worldwide such as Fondazione
Prada in Milan, Garage Museum of
Contemporary Art in Moscow, Faena
District in Miami and CCTV Headquarters
in Beijing amongst other.
The XY180 design process is managed by
OMA partner Ippolito Pestellini Laparelli,
and architects Antonio Barone &
Laurence Bolhaar.
