A floating island
of tranquility
With its slender form, the elegant
DS-87 sofa model seems to float
in the room, where it seamlessly
fits into any modern environ-
ment – a piece of upholstered
furniture at peace with itself, for
the urban contemporary with a
sense of style and comfort: this
is where clear forms and hidden
functions join forces.
The result is an ingenious mecha-
nism that alternately allows for a
low backrest and short seat as
well as a high backrest and deep
