Ci sono voluti due anni per completare
questa casa di circa 650 m2, dalla
progettazione alla conclusione. Il progetto
ha interessato gli spazi interni della
struttura: soggiorno, camera da letto,
annessi bagni e zone guardaroba, uffici
e foyer. Il risultato è unico tanto quanto
la coppia stessa: la loro personalità e
individualità traspaiono ovunque sia
in termini di risultato complessivo, sia
di perfezione e sensibilità coinvolte
nell’ideazione e nell’esecuzione del più
piccolo dettaglio.
Materiali eleganti, texture piacevoli e
dettagli studiati creano un concetto di
abitare dove convivono funzionalità e
stile personale. La meticolosa cura e
l’esecuzione manuale di tutti i processi di
finitura traspaiono nelle superfici di metallo
di De Castelli utilizzate come rivestimenti
architettonici. “Un rifugio speciale di
intimità” è la descrizione perfetta per
questa casa privata a Monaco di Baviera,
all’interno della quale la cappa del
camino trasmette un calore accogliente
e un’energia vibrante e serena. La finitura
personalizzata DeLabré su ottone, scelta
per il camino e per la base del tavolo
da pranzo e creata appositamente per
questo progetto, suscita emozioni visive
e tattili che si integrano perfettamente
con l’ambiente raffinato, riflettendo
la personalità e l’individualità dei
suoi proprietari. La finitura si sposa
perfettamente con i toni dell’acciaio inox
DeLabré che caratterizza la boiserie del
soggiorno.

It took two years to complete this home
of approximately 650 m2 – from planning
to conclusion. The project involved all
interior spaces of the structure: living
room, bedroom, adjoining bath and closet
areas, offices and foyer. The result is
just as unique as the couple themselves:
their personality and individuality shine
through everywhere both in terms of the
overall result as well as the perfection and
sensibility involved in the conception and
execution of the very tiniest detail.
Elegant materials, pleasant textures and
carefully studied details create a concept
of living where functionality and personal
style coexist. The meticulous attention
to details and the manual execution of
all finishing processes come out in the
metal surfaces of De Castelli, used as
architectural cladding. “A special haven
of cosiness” describes the project of this
elegant private home in Munich, within
which the fireplace hood conveys a
welcoming warmth and a vibrant, serene
energy. The customized DeLabré finishing
on brass, chosen for the fireplace and for
the base of the dining table and especially
created for this project, arouses visual and
tactile emotions, which seamlessly blend in
with the refined environment, reflecting the
personality and individuality of its owners.
The finishing perfectly suits the tones of
DeLabré stainless steel which characterizes
the boiserie of the living room.
