JRA si è occupato della ristrutturazione
e remobilio dell’ufficio di Evan Randall
Investors al civico 90 di Fetter Lane.
L’imponente edificio in centro città è
stato trasformato da edificio anni ’80 a
contemporaneo spazio di lavoro condiviso
con strutture di altissimo livello
e focalizzate sull’utente finale.
Gli elementi dominanti della hall sono gli
ascensori, le cui porte ed imbotti sono stati
realizzati da De Castelli in ottone finitura
DeLabrè e incorniciati da una parete
rivestita in lamiera nera finitura DeLabré.
Le pareti sono intervallate da elementi
tubolari in ottone in finitura DeLabré che si
caratterizza per le ossidazioni sovrapposte
che creano gradevoli cambi di tonalità.
Suggestivo è l’intervento realizzato sulla
grande colonna circolare della hall che
è stata interamente rivestita in ottone.
Dall’esterno dell’edificio si posso inoltre
intravedere ulteriori elementi architettonici
presenti all’interno dello spazio come i
pannelli in ottone finitura DeLabré utilizzati
come elementi divisori e decorativi.

JRA carried out the refurbishment and
repositioning of Bureau at 90 Fetter Lane
for Evan Randall Investors. The prominent
Midtown site has been transformed from a
dated 1980s building into a contemporary
multi-occupier workspace with high
specification facilities and user experience
at its heart. The dominant elements of
the wall are the lifts, whose doors and
intradoses were made by De Castelli
in DeLabré brass and surrounded by a wall
covered in DeLabré finishing on natural
black iron. The walls are interspersed
by tubular elements in brass in DeLabré
finishing that is characterized by
overlapping oxidations that creates a
refreshing change of tonalities. Impressive
is the intervention on the large circular
column of the hall that has been entirely
covered in brass. From the outside of
the building you have the chance to see
further architectural elements inside the
building such as the panels in DeLabré
finishing on brass used as dividers and
decorative elements.
