The Sardenya apartment was the work of architect Raúl
Sánchez. This modern and functional apartment features
two L-shaped partitions: The first faces toward the entrance
and houses the kitchen area; the second houses the bedroom
and en suite bathroom. The rest of the space flows freely
throughout the interior, maximizing a sense of spaciousness
and fading the limits between rooms. The open, unobs-
tructed, and practical kitchen—the star of the apartment— is
dressed in materials from Sensa by Cosentino.
El apartamento Sardenya fue obra del arquitecto Raúl
Sánchez. Un piso moderno y funcional que engloba dos
ambientes en forma de L. El primero está orientado hacia el
acceso que acoge la zona de la cocina, y el segundo alberga
el dormitorio con baño en suite. El resto del espacio pretende
que fluya libremente por el interior, para potenciar al máximo
la sensación de amplitud y difuminar los límites entre habita-
ciones. La cocina a la vista, diáfana, práctica y gran protago-
nista del apartamento, lleva la firma Sensa by Cosentino.
