Pagoda House
Construida en 1925, la
Pagoda House aúna estilos

primera residencia privada
en disponer de ascensor.
Built in 1925, the Pagoda
House combines styles and
motifs taken from Chinese
tradition, Greek temples,
and Islamic culture.
Intended to house the Polish
ambassador, it was the first
private residence equipped
with an elevator.

Raised in the year 1971
by Dan Eitan and Itzhak
Yashar, the museum
presents a huge spiral
with four large halls
surrounding a central
atrium, and is one of
the finest examples of
brutalism in the country.
Located in the desert city
of Beerseba, 100km from
Tel Aviv, the memorial by
the sculptor Dani Karavan
honors the memory of
every single one of the
324 brigade members
who perished in the Arab-
Israeli War of 1948.
