Casa de Gobierno
Initially conceived by the
British Norman Foster
for Banco Ciudad, the
building was transformed
into the city’s Casa de
Gobierno thanks to the
building’s adaptability
both on a functional
and a symbolic level.
Since 1997 the museum
harbors the collection
of Latin American art
of Eduardo Costantini,
and has been recently
renewed by Estudio
Herreros under the
premise of opening the
institution to the city.
Concebido inicialmente
por el británico Norman
Foster para el Banco
Ciudad, el edificio se
transformó en la Casa
de Gobierno gracias
a su gran polivalencia
tanto a nivel funcional
como simbólico.
El museo alberga desde
1997 la colección de
arte latinoamericano de
Eduardo Costantini y

institución a la ciudad.
