ANDREA continua l’affascinante racconto di Tacchini sull’illuminazione, combinando
maestria artigianale e matericità in una lampada decorativa e funzionale che sa come
farsi riconoscere. L’applique reinterpreta lo spirito visionario dei viaggi nello spazio in un
portale di luce contemporaneo che diffonde una luminosità eterea e crea atmosfere sug-
gestive. Il design di Andrea nasce durante le residenze artistiche di NUOVA in California
e in Texas, mentre si studiava l’approccio di Donald Judd alla forma strutturale e all’ar-
chitettura. Unendo retro-futurismo e raffinato minimalismo, l’applique — realizzata in
acciaio con un rivestimento in PVD argento che genera un naturale riflesso a specchio —
emana un bagliore quasi spaziale che trasmette suggestioni altamente immersive.
ANDREA continues Tacchini’s captivating narrative on lighting, combining crafts-
manship and materiality in a decorative and functional lamp that knows how to
make an impression. The wall light reinterprets the visionary spirit of space travel in a
contemporary light portal that diffuses an ethereal brightness and creates suggestive
atmospheres. Andrea’s design was conceived during the artistic residencies of NUOVA
in California and Texas, while studying Donald Judd’s approach to structural form
and architecture. Combining retro-futurism and refined minimalism, the wall light —
made of steel with a PVD silver coating that creates a natural mirror-like reflection
— emits a glow that feels almost space-like, delivering highly immersive suggestions.
