La storia di Meridiani inizia nel 1996 in Brianza,
a nord di Milano. Renato Crosti, già forte di 30 anni di
esperienza nella produzione di letti e imbottiture per
l’arredamento, fonda Meridiani, grazie a un’idea appas-
sionata della moglie Laura Ferraro Crosti e del designer
Andrea Parisio, tuttora designer e direttore artistico del
marchio. Distinguendosi a livello internazionale grazie a
prodotti dal design raffinato e a un’ampia e ricca propo-
sta materica, Meridiani è diventata in pochi anni sino-
nimo di qualità e di eleganza atemporale, proponendo
progetti di interior design lontani da mode e tendenze
passeggere ma sempre attuali.
Dal 2016, l’azienda fa parte di Dexelance, Grup-
po industriale italiano di alta gamma che dal 2023 è
quotato in Borsa Italiana, debuttando su Euronext Milan
come la prima public company italiana del design.
Meridiani
The story of Meridiani begins in 1996 in Brianza,

duction of beds and upholstery for furnishings, Renato
Crosti decided to found Meridiani, giving life to a pas-
sionate idea of his wife Laura Ferraro Crosti and Andrea
Parisio - designer and still the artistic director of the
brand. Distinguished on the international scene for its
refined design and rich material palette, Meridiani has,
in just a few years, become a symbol of quality and ti-
meless elegance. Each collection embodies a vision of
interior design that rises above fleeting trends, offering
spaces that feel both contemporary and enduring.
Since 2016, the company has been part of Dexe-
lance, a diversified Italian high-end industrial group that
since 2023 has been listed on Euronext Milan, the regu-
lated market managed by Borsa Italiana, becoming the
first Italian public company in the design sector.
