Seguire le tracce mitologiche della Monna
Lisa non significa solo decifrare il messaggio
invocato; significa anche cogliere nella quiete della
figura l’esistenza di un’Armonia che si staglia fra la
logica e il quotidiano: l’idea di base che al centro
del tempo-memoria vi è sempre la Vita, come
scorrere del Tempo e un passaggio geo-vettoriale,
la cui “linea” si insinua nella biologia molecolare. Il
fluire imprevedibile della linea e la ferrea logica delle
strutture algebriche si combinano in questa nuova
fase non solo per armonizzare il disordine, ma
anche per cogliere a pieno l’archetipo e il codice-
messaggio che coesiste in ogni Tempo e in ogni
Spazio, nella quotidianità del vissuto e nell’eternità
della memoria.
Qui Fossi ricerca la coesione e il principio
primo di convivenza fra la razionalità della natura e
il mistero del creare, in un confronto sempre acceso
fra l’anima sensibile delle cose e l’energia vitale
del DNA che crea e ricrea in un circolo vizioso di
immagini genetico-visive. In questa sede le opere
di Fossi si fanno portavoce dell’intersecarsi di segni
evoluti in simboli, degli elementi primi dell’Arte
che giungono a lui in situazioni quotidiane: il
Tempo si fa sussurro di un passato che ritorna e lo
Spazio si tramuta in impronte da ripercorrere per
ricercare quella coesione esistenziale che le trame
decostruite della Gioconda nascondono. Sul confine
di questo viaggio rivelatore gli archetipi geo-mito-
memoriali divengono simboli allusivi e il DNA Visivo
si manifesta come unico comune denominatore fra
segno e significante che si incontra e si scontra
nella comunicazione espressiva dell’Arte.
Following the mythological traces of the
Mona Lisa does not just mean deciphering the
message invoked; it also means grasping in the
stillness of the figure the existence of Harmony
that stands out between logic and everyday life:
the basic idea that at the centre of time-memory
there is always Life, like the passing of Time and
a geo passage -vector, whose “line” insinuates
itself into molecular biology. The unpredictable
flow of the line and the iron logic of the algebraic
structures are combined in this new phase not only
to harmonise the disorder, but also to fully grasp
the archetype and the message code that coexists
in every Time and in every Space, in the everyday
life experience and eternity of memory.
Here Fossi researches the cohesion and
the first principle of coexistence between the
rationality of nature and the mystery of creating, in
a constantly lit confrontation between the sensitive
soul of things and the vital energy of DNA that
creates and recreates in a vicious circle of genetic-
visual images. Therefore the works of Fossi become
spokesmen of the intersection of signs evolved into
symbols, of the prime elements of Art that come to
him in everyday situations: Time becomes a whisper
of a past that returns and Space turns into imprints
to retrace to search for the existential cohesion
that the deconstructed textures of the Gioconda
hide. On the border of this revealing journey the
geo-myth-memorial archetypes become allusive
symbols and the Visual DNA manifests itself as
the only common denominator between sign and
signifier that meets and clashes in the expressive
communication of Art.
