An ultra-thin tape cuts through space,
bends and produces direct or indirect
light.
UTOPIA breaks down the luminaire,
turning it into something else, leaving
only a trace, a line and then not even
that, just light.
The tape is in electro-coloured matt
black AISI 304 stainless steel, is
0.39" wide and can be extended
up to 472.44" in length (standard
measurements 236.22" / 472.44").
The metal tape can be bent in all
directions using the special bending
accessory.
The bending accessory is in textured
matt black polyamide.
The bending accessory tie-rod is in
matt black anodised aluminium, while
the tensioning cable is in galvanised
steel.
The tensioners are in matt black
anodised aluminium.
The light source consists of two 0.31"
wide LED strips, which can be oriented
upwards or downwards.
The driver is not included but is available
as an accessory.
