Spreading across 54 acres of sub-tropical gardens, the astonishing Vila
Vita Parc is situated in the Algarve, Portugal. The Resort’s Moorish-in-
fluenced architecture and glorious white sand beach are surrounded by a
dramatic rocky coastline and the clear aquamarine water of the Atlantic
Ocean. The Five-star hotel offers a series of accommodations that will
take on the ultimate adventure of luxury, from elegant and sea-inspired
rooms and suites with fabulous ocean-view terraces to generous white-
washed villas with private pools, all located within the oceanfront cliff
top of the hotel. One could sense that the attentive staff was extremely
proud of working for the hotel which was noticeable in the treatment
of guests, making us feel right at home.
The Vila Vita is characterised by a clean and stunning ambience which
made our stay a cherished one.
While staying at the hotel, we had the pleasure of visiting two of the ten
prestigious restaurants of the hotel, Ocean and Mizu.
The former is the signature restaurant of Vila Vita and has been award-
ed two Michelin stars, offering a mesmerising fine dining experience
through a curated menu prepared by Austrian Executive Chef, Hans
Neuner. It serves freshly-caught seafood and organically-raised meat
from the resort’s own farm.
The Latter provides an intimate, sophisticated and interactive expe-
rience where guests can benefit from contemporary Japanese cuisine.
