As previously mentioned, Palais Faraj is comprised of two restau-
rants, “La Terrasse” and “L’Amandier”. Featuring a series of menus
prepared by chef Fatima Belatik, who often tries to bring her grand-
mother’s delicious recipes to the table. Guests are able to immerse
themselves in Fassi, Moroccan, international and
Tai cuisine, each extremely rich in flavours. In addition, the break-
fast served on the terrace is made from the freshest local products.
Providing an intimate and extremely comfy atmosphere, the Salon
bar is a great option to relax while sipping on the delicious and tra-
ditionally-made Moroccan mint tea, which is absolutely wonderful.
Generally speaking, the aromas, the colours, the spices, the mar-
ble floors, the arches and columns, the stucco laces, and the sacred
geometry wall zelliges are some of the predominant features that
best describe the beauty of this palace. It was a truly memorable
experience and we really felt a modern Moroccan contrast with a
dash of European flair.
