The Chausey Isle’s lobster on almonds shells cooked in a casserole,
sangria marinated peaches with a chaud-froid claw was an
entryway to heaven, absolutely divine, and the same can be said
by the Frosted Corsican honey which is perfumed with lemon and
eucalyptus. The Royale of sea urchin and gold urchins is also a
must try!
