The name of the restaurant, 4 cooks (4 Cuochi), refers to Gi-
ancarlo Perbellini, Andrea Manzoli, Dario Fracasso e Moreno
Pellegrini. These individuals transpire the highest standards of
cuisine and Michelin Stars. The restaurant has been built by
the Veronese architect Silvia Bettini and the project required an
investment of 400 thousand Euros. It is located in the heart of
Verona – just a stone’s throw from the Arena – the 4 cooks came
up with a new brilliant and challenging idea: to create the mod-
ern “trattoria” with a high-quality gastronomic proposal, but at
an affordable price. A well thought new concept that had to have
a lot of strategies and planning ahead of the opening, in order
to ensure that the highest quality and the finesse were always
on par with other high-end restaurants. It definitely paid off.
The menu combines seasonal chicken dishes, inspired by Italian
traditions and cooked using modern cooking techniques. The
open kitchen allows customers to see the bustling environment
of dishes being prepared, making it a unique offer in a central
Veronese location or anywhere else, for that matter. Everything

ing such an amazing host – the food is the best and is served in
generous portions as if it was prepared by Nonna with a con-
temporary twist. A perfect assembly that manages to have the
best of the past and the present in one lovely package. Verona is
a definite must for anyone who wants to enjoy great food and
amazing locations.
