GREYBROOK HOUSE PENTHOUSE
Fenton Whelan
When we talk about Art Deco, we must talk about Fenton Whelan,
award-winning property development and design business where secure
investment, rigorous development management and exquisite design
are perfectly integrated. Located in Mayfair, London, the apartment is a
five-bedroom duplex penthouse with terrace and private roof garden and
the pinnacle of this new boutique development of four apartments by
Fenton Whelan. Spread over two floors with a large roof garden and an
amazing wrap-around reception terrace, it provides impressive views over
Mayfair and the City of London. The upper floor of the apartment is laid
out for entertainment with large open rooms and access to the terraces.
The main reception is a large L-shaped drawing room with dining area
and a furnished terrace. One of the key features of this room is a dramatic
hanging bronze glass fireplace that defines the space between dining and
less formal seating.
