An unequivocally ambitious and daring menu, which wants to show that
it is possible to enjoy a standard cuisine in an informal and completely
carefree atmosphere, makes an ideal place for taste the traditional
“tapas” with the latest techniques. Select your drink of choice and then
ponder over the variety of dishes on offer. Made with seasonal produce,
the creative chef whip up inventive share plates according to an ever-
changing menu.
What really makes the difference in Mont Bar is that, apart from using
fabulous ingredients, they really go to town with the recipes. The menu
includes 25 elements that you can consider separately, or you can go
for the tasting menu, or just a glass of draft beer, a salad and a plate
of “patatas bravas”. The Coveted team had the pleasure to try amazing
plates, such as Jalapeño and corn taco or wag tartare with chipotle,
Ventresca of marinated tuna, pine nuts and smoked emulsion. At the end
of the dinner we had the pleasure to meet the chef and talk to the owner,
they made sure to present themselves to our team and we could not be
gladder to meet the stars behind these incredible culinary creations.
