CM: What kind of project you have not done yet, but you would
like to do?
GF: A very contemporary project, with materials that, for me, are
very new. A lot of concrete, a lot of glass, a lot of iron. A project
that, for me, is a new experience.
CM: What is the best compliment you have received for your
work?
GF: It’s very complicated. Thanks to the differences between the
projects, I think the best possible compliment is the people who
see the houses or apartments and buy them. It is the recognition
of my work. This is the best compliment I can have.
CM: Do you have some references/influences? Who are they?
GF: I am inspired mostly by interior design projects that I think
are beautiful, but I am completely independent, like a writer. I
work with a blank sheet and I do my project. I am inspired by the
location of the project that I will do. And I am completely intuitive.
I do not have preconceived ideas for my projects. Materials and
objects influence me a lot too.
