These upward shielded garden luminaires are a great addition to the
illumination concept for your garden. They emit their light downward and
peripherally. Plants or flower beds in the immediate vicinity of the luminaire
are illuminated directly from above. The results are islands of light that
accentuate specific areas of the garden for eye-catching effect.
These BEGA UniLink ® system luminaires are available in two shapes and
two heights. The shape of this garden luminaire is reminiscent of a flower,
making it an attractive design element that fits right in with the plant theme.
The mushroom-shaped luminaire head completely covers the light emission
of the luminaire. Only the soft, glare-free light illuminating the surrounding
plants can be seen, drawing attention to specific areas of the garden. The
luminaires in this model series emit no light into the upper half-space of the
luminaire, helping to preserve the darkness of the night sky.
You will need a mains plug (to be ordered separately) or a free terminal in a BEGA UniLink ® distribution box
to operate a BEGA UniLink® luminaire. BEGA UniLink ® system components are offered on Page 136 – 137;
