The supporting frame has a timeless elegance, which underlines
Diesis’ harmony with the vision of the great masters of
Modernism. The cushions boast a new leather cover (available
exclusively for Diesis 40) that accentuates the product’s strength
and vigour. This is softened by new and more comfortable
upholstery. Reinforced seams and other techniques borrowed
from saddlery draw attention to the authentic craftsmanship.
Lovers of technical details will appreciate the die-cast lenticular
elements of the polished brushed aluminium frame, and the
seat structure which is further reduced by using two thick
leather-covered coupled sheets. There are many further details
to discover in Diesis 40. It is a great classic ready to face the
next decades of its life.
La struttura portante conferma la sua eleganza senza tempo e
sottolinea la sintonia di Diesis con le visioni dei grandi maestri
del Movimento Moderno. I cuscini sono realizzati con un
nuovo rivestimento in pelle (disponibile esclusivamente per
Diesis 40) che accentua la forza e il vigore di questo prodotto,
addolcito tuttavia da una nuova imbottitura ancora più soffice
e accogliente. Le cuciture di rinforzo, le tecniche mutuate dalla
selleria sono gli elementi che rinnovano l’attenzione per la
manualità artigiana più autentica. Gli amanti dei dettagli tecnici
apprezzerannogli elementi lenticolari in pressofusione della
struttura in alluminio spazzolata lucida, così come la struttura
di seduta ulteriormente assottigliata grazie all’accoppiamento
di due lamiere,anch’esse rivestite in cuoio. Sono moltissimi i
nuovi dettagli da scoprire in Diesis 40, un grande classico pronto
ad affrontare i suoi prossimi decenni di vita.
