Always dry damp surfaces immediately and wipe up any drops or pools
of liquid straight away to stop limescale marks forming. Limescale is a
corrosive substance and, if allowed to sit on surfaces, can leave marks that
are very difficult to remove.
On natural stone tops, it is advisable to use the protector from our masonry
kitchen maintenance product range at regular intervals (every 4 years on
average).
CARING FOR SURFACES COATED WITH MASONRY PAINT
The masonry paint used on our masonry kitchens is a rather thick coating
for exteriors and hence highly resistant to all sorts of damage.
Our paint can be washed with water and a mild cleaner. We recommend
using a microfibre or other soft cloth. Do not use steel wool or abrasive
powders or cleaners containing chlorine, solvents, acids or aggressive
chemicals.
Surfaces can be repainted using enamel or glaze, just like any other wall
treated with an acrylic coating

products for kitchens with a masonry paint finish includes the same Venezia
and Sacile Graf paints, the same protective enamels and the same glazes
used by our master craftsmen.
You can care for natural stone worktops by using the stain protector from
our catalogue at regular intervals.

PRACTICAL TIPS
Our sales department’s service & assistance centre designs each and every
masonry kitchen down to the last technical detail in order to ensure each
element is produced correctly.
While the masonry kitchen is being designed, we advise our specialist
dealers to check that base units and wall units match and that the elements
included are all featured on the price list.
Any deviation from the size and shape of the standard elements on the price
list must be assessed and approved by our technical department.
In describing how the masonry kitchen is to be configured, we ask our
specialist dealers to follow the points below:
• Indicate the sides of the kitchen that will be exposed to view.
• Give exact measurements for the elements.
• Indicate the finish of the elements, the worktops and the plinths.
• Indicate the overall dimensions of the walls and any corners that are out
of square.
• If holes for electrical sockets are required in splashbacks produced with
stoneware tiles or natural stone, please specify the dimensions of the hole
and its position above the floor and relative to the wall (making reference to
the centre of the hole).
• Specify the overall dimensions of doors, windows, columns and anything
else breaking up the run of units.
• List the technical specifications of any electrical appliances not included
on the order (please attach the relevant technical data sheet).
