by azulejos, the ceramic tiles
of the Portuguese tradition,

enamel-painted
decorative
motifs.
Armani/
Casa reinterprets this concept
by adding a rigorous geometry,
mixing the simpering mood of
azulejos to a deconstructed
chevron. All figures of Porto are
embroidered: the final result is
a very rich kaleidoscope effect,
combining
a
contemporary
inspiration - the enamelled
tiles - with a textile icon - the
chevron - typical of the Armani
DNA.
