delle piramidi, tutti progetti e manufatti che a diverse scale interpretano l’esigenza di
rappresentatività simbolica, la voglia di affermare il prestigio, la capacità di costruire
bellezza. Cheope è il lavabo da terra in bronzo satinato o patinato scuro che nasce
dalla sovrapposizione di anelli concentrici sempre più grandi che innalzandosi
disegnano progressivamente il volume del lavabo. Come in una piramide gradonata
rovesciata.
Un materiale antico, un rimando a una memoria lontana, per un progetto
contemporaneo che esplora, come ha fatto più volte antoniolupi con materiali

metallo che la contiene e viceversa.
