The Andreu World Nub collection, designed by Patricia Urquiola and composed of an attractive line lounge chair and chairs with natural wood structures that offer multiple color combinations for their structures and upholstery. Nub is the result of a sophisticated cabinet-making process, updated with great care in a contemporary manner. The project's essential element is not so much the cylindrical bars, but rather the pleasant widening of the bars in the backrest at the height of the lumbar region, an alternating rhythm that grants recognition to the project, offering materiality and a three-dimensional quality to the chair.
The Nub collection (Patricia Urquiola) adds new versions with a throne and love seat. Made of beech wood with a spindle back, these two pieces are offered in many different combinations of finishes and upholsteries. Nub is the result of a sophisticated wood work, updated with a great delicacy and a contemporary form. The essential elements in the project are not only the cylindrical rods but also theen largement of the rods in the back to the height of the lumbar area. This is the alternating rhythm that makes the product recognizable by offering a materiality and dimensionality to the chair. The collection is complete with different armchair and lounge chair options. The entire collection is made of wood from reforested areas, that is qualified with the FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council) certification and completes the Chain of Custody, from the origin of the material to the final product.
