In the three collections Romantica, Domino and Mono,
colour becomes the subject of the project.
The challenge was to restore the brilliance of the hues
and the perfection of the relationship between them based
on completely natural yarns - the finest wools in the world -
with which the series is made through hand tufting
and hand knotting.
The eight hues that combine in the carpets (the cooler
Turquoise, Blue, Violet, and Purple, and the warmer
Aubergine, Carmine Red, Red, and Orange) have been
developed in close collaboration with the Panton family.
The colours are the result of extensive studies and resulting
in the chromatic splendour that distinguishes the entire
series.
