Sono arrivate dal passato per arredare
il presente, con un bagaglio di storie da
raccontare e di funzionalità da reinterpretare.
Le madie hanno affrontato un lungo viaggio
nel tempo e nello spazio: dispense di ieri
che diventano arredi di stile oggi. Preziosi
tesori ritrovati, che si aprono a nuovi usi e
ambienti, ma che continuano a custodire
gelosamente ciò che contengono. Ovunque si
trovi ogni madia parla di sé, dei materiali che
la compongono, degli oggetti che la riempiono
e delle stanze che la accolgono.
They came from the past to furnish the
present, with a wealth of stories to tell and
functionality to reinterpret. The sideboards
have faced a long journey through time
and space: yesterday’s pantries that become
today’s stylish furnishings. Precious treasures
discovered, which open up to new uses and
environments, but which continue to jealously
guard what they contain. Wherever you
are, each sideboard speaks of itself, of the
materials that compose it, of the objects that
fill it and of the rooms that welcome it.
